By now you will have received an email with your order confirmation,

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. 
Once we do, you will get another email with tracking information.

Local shipping within Singapore usually takes 1-2 working days.
Courier will deliver to your delivery address between 9am and 10pm.

Self Pick-up is possible.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  
We do not accept returns. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@recovalabs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
